Whether your loss is recent or happened some time ago, support is available.
If You Need Immediate Support
If you are struggling to cope and need urgent mental health support:
- Call NHS 111 and select the mental health option
- Call 999 if you or someone else is in immediate danger
- Contact Samaritans free on 116 123 (24 hours a day)
How We Can Help
Our team can offer support and guidance following a bereavement. Depending on your needs, we may be able to:
- Arrange a GP appointment
- Signpost you to counselling or bereavement services
- Refer you to local wellbeing or mental health support
- Offer support for carers or family members
