Patient Participation Group
What is the PPG?
Our Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a partnership between the surgery and our patients. It’s designed to give patients a voice in how the practice runs and to help us improve the services we provide.
Aims of the PPG
-
To strengthen the relationship between patients and the practice
-
To provide feedback on services and facilities
-
To support health awareness and community initiatives
-
To represent the views of patients in decisions about practice changes
-
To encourage two-way communication between staff and patients
Who can join?
Anyone registered with our practice is welcome to join the PPG. We value having a group that reflects the diversity of our patient community, including different ages, backgrounds, and experiences.
