Staff Absences

Cricketfield Surgery are currently experiencing a very high level of staff absence across all departments.  We are asking that patients only contact the surgery with urgent enquiries that cannot wait a week or 2.

Where possible please use eConsult for clinical concerns or administrative requests. Please see the video below for more information on eConsult. You can submit an eConsult here 

For prescriptions you should email repeat requests in and allow 5 working days for them to be processed – prescription.cricketfield@nhs.net
