Prescription Requests

Easter Weekend is approaching so please ensure you get your repeat prescription requests in with plenty of time for them to be processed and dispensed.

You can order your repeat prescriptions via your SystmOnline Access, the NHS App, posting your prescription request in to our letterbox at the surgery or by emailing prescription.cricketfield@nhs.net

Please have them in by Thursday 7th April for anything needed before the Bank Holiday Weekend (15th-18th April).
