Registering as a Patient

We have simplified our Patient Registration Service and you can now register online and be on our patient list in approximately 2 working days.

The form will take around 10 minutes to complete. If at any point you find the form too hard you can still register using a Registration Pack from reception.

If you have had a GP in England before you will have an NHS Number. It will help us find your medical record and make your registration quicker if you have it ready for completing the registration.
